Dr. Scott Rausch serves as the Senior Director of Residence Life and the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life on the Atlanta campus of Emory University. In this role he oversees all of the programmatic and educative efforts for Emory’s over 4,400 residential students. In addition to serving residential students Scott also has passions in retention/persistence work, organizational development, and change theory.

Prior to Emory, Scott worked in similar roles at Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN), Acadia University (Wolfville, Nova Scotia), and the University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA). He is a proud alum of Indiana University, Sacred Heart University, and Vanderbilt University.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys running, reading, watching basketball, and spending time with his wonderful wife Megan and amazing daughter Cailinn.

Birmingham, Alabama native Nicole Jackson with a decade of higher education experience in student affairs. Nicole has served college students in the area of mental health, crisis response, and student leadership. Currently Nicole serves as the Director of Sorority and Fraternity Life at Emory University, where she combines her passion for stategy and leadership to enhance the sorority and fraternity community.

Before joining Emory's team, Nicole spent nearly six years at the University of Alabama where she helped oversee the largest fraternity and sorority community in the nation. While at UA, Nicole created an impeccable record of pushing students to excel beyond the standards they have set.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science from Alabama State University, a Master of Education from Auburn University Montgomery, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Emory University. Nicole believes that when done right, the fraternity and sorority experience is one that can enhance a student's trajectory into adulthood and provide a positive impact to our communities.

A native of Miami, FL, Hector graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University, with a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology. In May 2018, he obtained his Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University. Prior to joining the staff at Emory University as the Assistant Director, he worked as a Coordinator in Sorority and Fraternity Life at Emory, and most recently he served as an Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life at North Carolina State University, advising IFC, MGC, & Order of Omega. Hector is an engaged member of the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) and Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, NASPA. Having been exposed to this work as a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, Hector's journey through higher education is guided by a passion for improving the student experience and challenging students to think holistically about their leadership philosophy. 

In his spare time, Hector enjoys watching basketball, traveling, baking, spending time with his family and exploring new restaurants in town. Hector is eager to give back to the Emory OSFL community as an Assistant Director of Sorority and Fraternity Life. 

Prior to coming to Emory, Nichelle received a B.A in Music from Agnes Scott College in 2004. She began her service at Emory University in summer 2008. Prior to joining the team in Sorority and Fraternity Life, she has provided administrative support to other offices within Campus Life, including Civic & Community Engagement, Student Conduct, and Campus Life Central.
