Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment

Panhellenic formal recruitment is a process in which females have the opportunity to visit each of the National Panhellenic Conference sororities on Emory's campus and ultimately join a chapter.  Ideally, recruitment is an opportunity for sisters and potential new members to meet one another and find a good fit.

Formal recruitment consists of four rounds spanning over two weekends. During values round, each potential new member visits every sorority and learns about each one's national values and ideals.  As recruitment progresses, both the sisters and the potential new members rank their choices in order of preference, assuring a mutual fit for both parties.
